Yes, all bracelets are handmade with natural crystals. Each bead is unique, so slight variations in color or pattern may occur.

Are the prices included tax and duties?

Prices shown exclude import taxes, VAT, and duties charged by your local customs.

Can I adjust the bracelet?

Yes, you can request small adjustments to existing designs:

  • Resize: add or remove beads or charms to fit your wrist comfortably.
  • Change charm color: if alternative options (gold, silver, black) are available.

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $69 USD. The discount applies automatically at checkout - no code needed.

Do you provide tracked delivery?

Yes, all orders are dispatched as registered packages with tracking provided. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

When will I get my order?

What happens if I refuse to pay the import duties or VAT/GST upon delivery?

If you refuse to pay the import duties or VAT/GST and the parcel is returned to us, we’re unable to issue a refund as these charges are handled by your local customs.

Return & Refund

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

All sales are final. We do not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds for change of mind or incorrect selections due to import tax charges and hygiene considerations. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more details.

Can I get a replacement instead of a refund?

We do not offer replacements or accept returned items due to import tax regulations. Refunds are only available under limited conditions listed in our Return & Refund Policy.

What if I receive the wrong item?

If the item you received does not match your order confirmation, we will send you the correct item free of charge after view.

How about if I reject to pay the import tax or VAT/GST upon delivery?

If you choose not to pay the import tax or VAT/GST and the parcel is returned to us, we’re unable to issue a refund. These fees are charged by your local customs and
are the customer’s responsibility.
