No Exchange, Return or Refund
All of our bracelets are handmade with care. Each item is carefully checked before packing and shipping, and we do our best to showcase every piece accurately through photos. Please note:

All sales are final. We DO NOT accept requests for exchange, return, or refund due to change of mind or incorrect variant selection.

Customized items: Final designs are confirmed with customers before packing. Once shipped, no objections or modifications can be accepted.

Natural Variations: Slight differences in color, texture, or pattern may occur due to the unique nature of crystals, lighting conditions, or screen displays. These are not considered defects.
Refused Import Tax or VAT/GST
If you refuse to pay the import tax, VAT/GST, or any customs fees upon delivery and the parcel is returned to us, a refund will NOT be issued. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility. Please ensure you are aware of your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns or replacements due to import tax regulations and hygine concerns. Refunds are only provided in the following limited cases:

Special Circumstances: Please DM or email us for review. If approved, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit. We do not offer cash refunds or return funds to the original payment method.
- Unable to Fulfill Shipment: In the rare case that we are unable to fulfill your shipment due to restock problems or unexpected issues, we will issue a full refund for your payment and include a voucher as our sincere apology.
Incorrect Item Received
If the item you received does not match your order confirmation, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. After view, we will send you the correct item free of charge and include a voucher as our sincere apology.
Courier-Related Damages
All items are carefully packed and secured before shipment. Cyrabell Crystal is not liable for any damages caused during delivery. Damages caused by the courier should be taken up with the shipping company directly. If your item arrives damaged, we encourage you to file a claim directly with the shipping company, and we will do our best to support you throughout the process.
