Refund policy
All of our bracelets are handmade with care and carefully checked before packing and shipping. We do our best to present each piece accurately through photos and descriptions.
Please note that natural crystals may show slight variations in color, texture, inclusions, or pattern due to their unique nature, as well as lighting and screen differences. These natural variations are not considered defects.
Because our bracelets are handmade and worn as personal accessories, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect variant selection, sizing preference, or natural crystal variations. All sales are final.
For customized items, final design details are confirmed with the customer before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to accept objections, modifications, returns, or refunds.
Import Tax, VAT/GST & Customs Fees
Import tax, VAT/GST, and customs fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility. Please check your country’s import rules before placing an order.
If a parcel is refused because import tax, VAT/GST, or customs fees are not paid, and the parcel is returned to us, no refund will be issued.
Exceptions
Refunds or replacements are only available in the following limited situations:
1. Incorrect item received
If the item you received does not match your order confirmation, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After review, we will send the correct item at no additional cost and include a voucher as an apology.
2. Unable to fulfill shipment
In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your order due to restocking issues or other unexpected circumstances, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method and include a voucher as our sincere apology.
3. Special circumstances
Please contact us by email or contact form for review. If approved, any resolution will be offered at our discretion, which may include store credit.
Courier-related damage
All items are carefully packed before shipment. Damage caused during delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, we encourage you to file a claim with the shipping company directly. We will do our best to support you with the process where possible.
