Cancellation policy

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. This applies to all in-stock, pre-order, and custom-made items as detailed below.

In-Stock Orders
Once an in-stock order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. 
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds. 

Custom-Made Orders
Each custom-made piece is handcrafted according to your request. Once a custom-made order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please review your design details carefully before confirming your order.
